What stands out for me is the flexibility offered; whether it's a need to work from home if my wife or kids are sick, or adjusting hours to manage personal commitments, Intuitive supports its employees wholeheartedly. It's truly a place where professional growth and personal well-being go hand in hand.

      I really don't have any cons. If you can create and maintain your own boundaries, you will not have a problem.

      Balancing work and life is often seen as a challenge, but it really boils down to protecting what matters most to you. It's definitely not your typical 9-5 situation, but the pay doesn't play by those rules either.
