Pros

Lots of Perks Transport Food Standard package Stocks

Cons

All pros comes at a cost of your mental health and wellbeing. Poor management, they don't care about employee well being or products visibility to the market. They care about safety of their own position and they survive via politics alone. All managers of 2nd or 3rd Band are so poor to understand a situation and full of egoistic mindset. Higher leadership does not get much chance to see all these developments or attitude of managers.

Pros

all the pros are diminishing day by day.

Cons

no work life balance, silent firing happening throughout the year, toxic managers make you work day and night, get support and appreciation from senior leaders, sasan himself says "crush it" means do better than you team mates, that ultimately means a toxic culture where every one is trying to out perform each other by compromising on health and life, or they get fired.

Pros

None or can’t think of any now

Cons

1. Bad management, very bad 2. Fire so-called bad performers very very often; every one or two months, will let go of someone in the team 3. Really really don’t go except you really need the money
