Pros

Choose your schedule Flexibility on taking time off

Cons

Every other day making changes to processes or workflows Processes and workflows unclear / hard to follow instructions Poor communication from leadership Micromanaging Unrealistic expectations and deadlines Abusive clients and lack of leadership support Every team is different on how they communicate information about clients so when clients get transferred from one team to another, there are no notes about those transfer clients so you're basically starting over with that client and what their business is about You get very little time on processing clients books even if that means guessing to push it through leadership for approval Clients who currently have monthly bookkeeping through intuit deserve better! Starting early 2025, CEO is reassigning all bookkeepers to a direct customer service facing role because of hiring overseas bookkeeping contractors in India
