What a joke of a company

The team I was in charge of building there during my 4.5 years there was the best team within the company until the outsourcing was forced prematurely.

Cons

Very poor leadership. the CFO (who just left) threw the company in excessive debt with a outsourcing of IT, HR and finance without any standard processes being in place prior. Their estimated costs soared out of control and were millions over budget (more than likely still are). Hires and promotions were not completed based on competency but "they are my buddy". the IT extreme failure over the past two years is a direct result of that.

There is no Leadership or Application of Science

I really cannot think of any. It is based in a rotting 60 year old tower in north manchester.

Cons

The director and management have next to no knowledge of science. Actual distain for anybody who does. Very high turnover of staff! The majority who remain are demotivated/depressed No HR or leadership. Just a CRO pretending.
