      Dysfunction, No Vision

      It is difficult to think of any.

      Cons

      The organization is completely dysfunctional. The management does not have any vision and operates like a start-up despite being a well established organization. Too many deadlines, metrics, moving targets, too much turmoil and organizational changes. Constant hair on fire environment.

      Pros

      The company culture at Intertek is great. There is a lot of room to grow and you will learn a variety of skills quickly. Has a good benefits package. Great place to get your foot in the door.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized. Due to constant turn over and the general disorganization workloads are unrealistic greatly affecting work life balance. The pay is lackluster.

      easy work, you can set your own schedule within reason as long as you get your work done. pay is okay for what you do.

      Cons

      dealing with fellow employees, Job is not very conduce to advancement based on performance. the raises are a joke, and the annual reviews are garbage.
