Pros

Over the past six years at Interblock, I’ve built a truly rewarding career and discovered how much I enjoy being part of an innovative and fast-growing company. I began my journey as an analyst and, through hard work and continuous learning, have been able to advance my career while watching many of my colleagues do the same. What makes Interblock such a unique place to grow is the breadth of exposure it offers — I’ve had the chance to work hands-on with a wide range of analytics, CRM, and automation tools that have sharpened my technical skills and strategic thinking. At the same time, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the gaming industry, from product performance and market trends to customer engagement and operational strategy. Being part of a company that’s scaling so quickly and pushing the boundaries of electronic table gaming has been incredibly exciting, and I’m proud to contribute to that growth every day.

Cons

Growing pains comes with some challenges such as constant changes. But that could be a good thing!

Pros

I sell products that genuinely solve casino problems. The best part is walking a floor with an operator, seeing a pain point, and providing a solution on the spot. Marketing backs us up our team with great supporting materials, and our product experts are open to feedback, which shapes product upgrades. Trade shows are really exciting with tons of positive feedback and conversations in a couple days, and you leave with real pipeline.

Cons

Like most sales positions, I spend a lot of time on the road but that’s how you get deals done.

Leadership provides clear direction while empowering the sales team to execute strategies. Recognition and rewards for top performance. Opportunities to build lasting relationships with global clients.

Fast-changing market requires flexibility, but it keeps the role exciting and forward-looking. Ambitious goals can be demanding, yet they create a strong sense of accomplishment when achieved.
