Pros

You get to work on the best products in the industry, and it’s actually fun. Ideas don’t just sit in a deck — they’re heard, acted on, and your recommendations turn into real products. Seeing your work live on real casino floors is pretty cool.

Cons

Accelerated growth is exciting to me, but if you’re looking for a predictable routine, this isn’t that.

Pros

-Hands-on work… always work to be done and it’s never boring. -Interblock products truly are the best - they’re the Ferrari of the industry. You feel proud when you see the products and had something to do with their install on the floors of world famous casinos. -Gave me the chance to learn new skills and progress my knowledge in a different gaming sector (ETGs). - Benefits are awesome. -BEST of all: The team is great. I’ve made friends for life.

Cons

The job is hands on/ physical and on-site - so it’s not for someone looking for desk work.

Pros

The best thing about working here is definitely the people. The team is full of smart, supportive professionals, and there’s a real sense of teamwork every day. The job is fast-paced and keeps you on your toes, which makes the work interesting and helps you build strong problem-solving skills. You learn so much directly from colleagues who really know their stuff. Another great part of the role is the chance to travel and meet experts from around the world, which makes the work even more rewarding. You really feel like you’re part of something big, and it’s satisfying to see the impact of your work in every product. Hard work is recognized and appreciated, and there are opportunities to grow and move up within the company.

Cons

The fast pace and time difference between departments can be challenging for some, but it keeps the job interesting and makes sure there’s always something new to learn. Even though there isn’t a lot of formal training, you pick things up quickly through real work, and that hands-on experience ends up being really valuable right away.
