A culture of trust and transparency is very important to us and we’re so glad you’re seeing it in leadership and your team. Thanks for being along for this ride as we learn and grow to create the best possible workplace – and of course a dent in the universe ;-) As the CEO, I can give you my personal guarantee that I will keep being accessible and that IxDF will remain independent and ever-growing for the next 40 years!

Pros

Working at IxDF is a very interesting experience where no two days are ever the same. If you enjoy being exposed to the different functions of a globally remote company and getting a full 360-degree view of what it actually takes to run a successful future-facing organization in this day and age, then you will really appreciate working here. In a few months here, I have already gained so many skills that would take years to develop anywhere else. The start-up-like energy can really be felt in the range of opportunities you get exposed to and it can really be incredible for your personal development. The biggest plus in my opinion is the people you will meet. Everyone at IxDF values independence and brings consistent innovation to their roles which is very inspiring to see. Add that to the fact that everybody comes from literally everywhere and you will have a truly valuable one-of-a-kind experience.

Cons

Working remotely can be isolating so you have to be proactive about forming relationships with your team mates. You are also responsible for maintaining your own work-life balance so it can be easy to get carried away.

Pros

I'm now in my third year at IxDF, and what truly stands out is the incredible team I get to work alongside. The remote setup is seamless, allowing us to collaborate effectively from anywhere while still feeling incredibly connected. We're on a pretty cool mission here, building something that really helps people, and you'll be joining a bunch of incredibly passionate and talented colleagues who'll inspire you every single day. There's a constant drive to always improve the content we create, not just from a learning perspective, but also by consistently elevating our quality standards. It's such a welcoming environment where your ideas are truly valued, personal growth is cheered on, and you're empowered to take ownership of your work. If you're eager to stretch your skills, contribute to a product that impacts millions of learners, and team up with a wonderfully supportive and brilliant team, you're going to feel right at home.

Cons

Working remotely offers fantastic flexibility, but it can sometimes make it easy for work and personal life to blend together, especially when you're passionate about what you do. However, IxDF actively promotes work-life balance through things like encouraging mindful breaks and flexible schedules, which really helps.
