They're a recruitment company so they have access to a lot of jobs

Cons

IG is an incredibly disorganized company, incredibly dishonest, they lie about their benefit plans and cover it up as incompetence, their benefits are awful to start with, they hire the worst third party companies to handle background checks, and the icing on the cake that led me to post this review is that they're now reaching in to my 401k and taking out exorbitant fees! I have never worked for a company that treated me worse than IG.

Pros

Great food when you take customers out for lunch. You form some really great friendships while you're at work.

Cons

They make you hate your life. Encourage you to drink at lunch and dinner if that's what the customer wants. They make you pay for happy hours which are mandatory. They also will MAKE you post a positive review while you're working there to seem like everything is great from the outside and the actual turnover rate is over 50% in the first year because "people can't handle it." They promise a lot of money but essentially try and trap you in a lifestyle that is the staffing business.

Not a single one I can think of.

Cons

Low wages, not consistent of giving out PTO if any, no Tuition Assistance, No roll over PTO into the new year, low overhead and paying us the lowest wages on the contract. Aggressive to interview, no interested in keeping you for a long term situation.
