Pros

Average to above average salaries

Cons

Corruption at its best. Massive change without implemented plans for improvement or new processes that will truly streamline bottlenecks. Void of better program has caused extreme chaos in many areas. Coupled with such change are many layoffs for loyal employees. Hiring many millennials who just don’t know but at empowered to make naïve decisions.

Pros

Benefits are equivalent to industry standard.

Cons

First, ALL other negative reviews are legitimate. Do not accept a position here unless there is no alternative. Management intentionally bullies those under them - from operators and mechanics to professional positions. Many respectful professionals have left the organization due to this behavior. As a result, the culture has irrefutably been propelled in a toxic direction.

Pros

Financially strong, industry leader. 401k program features dollar for dollar match on first 6% of salary AND a 3% corp contribution Competitive salaries

Cons

Company runs a little too lean in nearly every area, so employees work long hours and have a lot of conflicting priorities. Work/life balance is tough. Executive leadership is cold and manages from a distance - they're out of touch with employees and with modern management practices and policies. Benefits are OK, not leading edge or differentiating. Telecommuting or work from home is a rarity and not supported by executive leadership.
