Pros

They pay well and have good benefits. There are some good people who work here, but you can find that anywhere.

Cons

Where do I even start? Old buildings, disgusting work environment, constant turnover of employees and management, unorganized at every level of the organization, your day will be constantly putting out fires without any time to do any meaningful work. Incompetent senior leadership, toxic work culture, outdated systems, everything takes so long to get anything accomplished because of the multiple layers of management causing gridlock. Absolutely horrible work/life balance. Poor communication between corporate and the plant. I have never worked in a more chaotic, toxic, and frustrating environment. HR doesn't care about employee morale and turns a blind eye to issues rather than dealing with them.

Pros

Pay, decent benefits, 401k always changing environment

Cons

Reduced benefits over past few years, management shutting down open communication, lack of knowledge and understanding from management and they have the attitude that they don't care about us and we can leave..... turnover has went high in the past few years.

Pros

The pay is good for labor work.

Cons

The management in the Winston Salem location is bad. The lead by intimidating the employees. The leadership tries to create a culture of fear. This year when "confidential" employee satisfaction survey came in, management called mandatory meetings with the staff and displayed every "confidential" answer on a screen. Then they asked point blank who took the survey. They do not staff appropriately and require employees to work 18-24 hours at a time.

As we continue driving our business transformation, we’re focused on strengthening our company culture by aligning our workforce around a new core purpose and refreshed company values. We proactively foster an inclusive work environment where each person is valued and feels inspired to contribute their best. That said, we place a high value on listening to the opinions and feedback from our employees as it helps us learn and grow. We have found that the open dialogue format offers an opportunity for teams to collectively identify process improvements. Thank you for your contributions and we wish you continued success in your role.
