Interview process was great, the company paid for my relocation and flights to go for the interview; Salary is good; Nice office although they were about to change location

Cons

Location is not ideal; People are jealous when it comes to promotions so that gives you an awful atmosphere; Training was bad, incomplete, super stressfull, you won't be ready to work when the training is over. Buddy system is useless since your buddy will probably be clogged with his own work; A lot of what was promised during the interview didn't happen; Remote work is a trap, they promised me 1 day per week of home office but when you ask for it they will make up excuses; I dont want to write a book about it so let's end it here.

Reimbursement package minimal. Bonus minimal with year after year excuses on why it’s minimul even though the UK business is doing so well. Directors do not respect their staff or take on board suggestions/advise. Ruled by the larger group based in France who the UK will hide behind. Lacking in technological advances and falling behind in production practices. No training or employee development unless your face fits. HR being controlled by other directors. Turn over of staff not being looked at in any area.
