Fun and challenging role with varied customers and stakeholders.

Cons

Things escalate quickly, customer facing support (help desk/customer service) could be done with slicker training and scripting. The skill set needs better handed over and shared in order for a more resilient support. Management proposed things that never came to fruition and/or were declined nearer the time.
