Pros

The people are dedicated and hardworking and quick to support each other. There is a real effort from the teams to create quality results for partners.

Cons

Regional leadership lacks direction and does not have the ability to effect real change. "Corporate Vision" seems to change every 6 months and reorganizations/layoffs have become common. Legacy culture of "customer first" has been corrupted and quick revenue rules the day now. Innovation has been replaced with a search for low-hanging fruit.
