A very agile environment, fairly international (depending on department), standard package with meal vouchers, car, pension plan (not a very good one though) etc.

Cons

Chaotic environment, non-communicative, basic functions such as hr, fleet management, finance, not working as expected, limited carreer development, internal politics being in the way of a good working atmosphere, no parking spaces if arriving after 8:30.
