      Awful HR department, macho management

      Pros

      None at all, really, apart from the name of the company.

      Cons

      Awful management. They pretend that English is a must but it is most definitely not. Most of the people in the Paris office do not speak English or speak it poorly and are still working there. Even worse HR who do not listen to their employees and make sure the good ones leave and the bad ones stay. Don’t treat employees with respect, very macho environment

      Pros

      Lots of low-hanging fruit. Several capable teams. Opportunities to grow the business are there but require the right strategy, the right culture and the right senior executive team capable of working together to make smart decisions. Pleasant newly refubished office at Hoofddorp.

      Cons

      An entrenched blame culture. This has resulted in a high churn of talented resources at regular intervals every year.
