Pros

A lot of innovation, smart and knowledgeable colleagues, continuously growing, just taken over by Ingenico and the company seems to have a positive future perspective. There are a lot of opportunities to grow in your career (I had 2 promotions/ in 3 years).

Cons

It is a very fast, constantly changing and dynamic environment, this has to suit you. If this does not match your personality it would be very challenging to keep up.

Pros

The company has just been taken over by Ingenico and it's at an exciting stage at the moment. There is a lot of knowledge in the company and there are plenty of opportunties to learn and grow within the organization. Next to that there are a lot of great colleagues with different types of backgrounds and the compensation & benefits packages are good.

Cons

A lot can change in a short period of time since the company is constantly changing and growing and you're working in an international & dynamic environment. This means that at times, when you're working on a project, goals change and you have to change everything. Therefore you have to be very flexible to work here.

Pros

Mostly great colleagues who work hard to make Ingenico successful. Behind the curve in every way, considering they were once market leader.

Cons

Poor executive leadership. Top heavy management. Being owned by a private equity firm has led to too much focus on unachievable profit and not product or staff welfare. Clear focus on the 'minimum they can get away with' wrt employment conditions. e.g. Statutory redundancy payment only. No pay rise in 3 years, Unachievable bonus structure in 2024. Taking advantage of employee loyalty. 'Cheapskates' comes to mind.
