My review is for the San Francisco office specifically, which is part of Ingenico e-Payments. I believe the overall company outlook is better. The pros from working here were decent work-life balance, solid benefits, and a chance to learn more about e-commerce from the inside out.

Cons

The culture was not very supportive for those who wanted to grow and move into new roles. Pay was limited and promotions and raises were nearly impossible to get. It seemed like the company was aware of the high turnover problems and did nothing to address them.
