There has been a lot of growth and change as Ingenico innovates for the future – with a culture of innovation, collaboration, transparency and performance. And the great work of our teams has produced great results in our customer feedback and in our market results. Still, from the employee perspective, we recognize that many changes take time to reach each and every team and leader. We continue to work ambitiously towards the vision we have for Ingenico.
Additionally, we have started to focus on personal development and implemented a new online development tool to help further employees development. We also have a week dedicated to learning each quarter. Continual development should help provide employees with more opportunities for progression.
