6yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback . It is important for us to hear what we are doing well and what we need to improve upon.
We have started to focus on personal development and implemented a new online development tool to help further employees development. We also have a week dedicated to learning each quarter. Continual development should help provide employees with more opportunities for progression.
The introduction of our Culture Champions, giving our employees a voice and forum to be heard, seems to be working well. Some great ideas, initiatives and changes are being driven by this group to try and make Ingenico a better place to work.
