Employee medical benefits and vacation plans are good in this company
Cons
No respect for the experienced and qualified employees no matter how long they have been working or how sincere they are. General employees never get the chance to move up if not close enough to the bosses or the management . some some favorites get multiple promotions in the span of 2/3 years of less and some are not even get one in 10/15/20 years. No recognition for the sincere, hard working and skilled employees. Manager is discriminative and does personal attack at times.
