Pros

- Nice offices (although not enough parking spaces so getting a spot is really hard)

Cons

- Management constantly made promises which weren't kept (CONSTANTLY) - People get a different salary based on nationality so having a western european passport really makes a difference on your paycheck although you do the SAME work, Western Europe > Eastern Europe - Not a meritocracy, people get promoted who are buddies with other managers (ALL THE TIME) - Bad company culture, people know that Infosys is trying to screw them so they do the same to the company and in the end the quality of work which is being done is poor as nobody cares ___ Advice for everybody who considers Infosys Brno their future employer: Don't waste your time with this company, the salary is bad the working conditions are not good either. There are a lot of better companies. I needed the experience when I was 18 and thats why I started to work for Infosys but I would almost say that I regret this decision as I spent almost two years working for the worst company I have ever worked for. There are definitely better outsourcing companies than Infosys (VoxPro as an example) where you actually have the feeling that the company cares about you as a person.

Pros

1. Lots of projects and clients. 2. Huge organisation so somebody somewhere within the organisation has done something similar so there might be some information on the technology or solution in existence already.

Cons

1. No realistic chance of promotion for on-site employees. 2. Huge workloads with added pressure of being responsible from the client perspective. 3. Offshore teams can be disinterested and can disengage if not managed properly and can end up with sub standard solutions that has to be reworked on. 4. Lots of travel with a difficult claims process. 5. Lots and lots of red tape around everything and this makes it really difficult to make things happen or do anything a little faster. 6. Very little support from HR or other managers as everything revolves around making more margins. 7. Might have to stand by and watch sub standard solutions being delivered and the look of disappointment and sometimes shock in clients faces.
