Pros
Management does their best to enable their employees to perform well. WFH setup allowances are good. HR's and other staff are also very professional, in terms of handling employee queries.
Cons
WFH option is available only until COVID-19 restrictions in place, should extend options for employees to WFH even after that, below are some good reasons: 1. The productivity is high in WFH, compared to WFO. 2. I would be happy to get more sleep compared to being stuck in the city traffic twice a day. 3. I do not have to worry about my parents who stay back home in another city. Overall observations so far: Work life balance is skewed. Projects have very ambitious goals, causing employees to burnout and not focus on quality. Salary is a bit low compared to other product companies and there is a huge gap in salaries across various departments and people.
