Once you have gained said experience you realize improvements in sales process, company culture, and synergy between departments. Learning new things and growing professionally plateau at a certain point as well

Modern workplace, WFH during Covid, pretty good company culture. Pay was good out of college. Product is market leading

They do large waves of layoffs occasionally. They hire a lot and then they trim the fat. Product is extremely complex and expensive
