      Great cooperation between colleagues - that is unfortunately the only positive point.

      Cons

      The positive qualities of the company are very quickly negated when "mass terminations" of about 10% of the employees are announced on Tuesday and when these terminations are made verbally and in writing on Wednesday and Thursday without a social selection. Verbal promises in the context of the termination are not kept and access is blocked within 2 hours - but these employees always belong to the Informatica family. One week later, a big announcement is made that 300 new employees will be hired. The colleagues who were allowed to leave can only be congratulated and the "left behind" employees will look for new jobs. You cannot choose your family, but you can choose your employer ... a very embarrassing, unworthy and unprofessional approach by an employer who is classified as a leader in seven areas according to BARC.

      Few managers are good at unblocking tasks and Making sure work is ready to be taken up

      Cons

      No knowledge source available about the product I'm working .no one keeps information about the work they have done when we need to look into it no know shared it .team is pathetic no knowledge sharing ,new joiners and beginners have issue Work load is horribly more Weekend work in release end and keep throwing work when your already filled Horrible work life balance No time to improve on new technology and invest in yourself to learn new things

      No Use of Work Atmosphere when Work itself is not good.

      Pros

      Good Pay, New Office is good except the Lunch Cafeteria. But facility guys are doing pretty good job for the comfortability of employees. New Office Space is excellent. But when work is not good and the management is not good what can we do with these office space and the atomosphere.

      Cons

      1. No learning at all, worthless management,. 2. You would easily get to know bad architecture, messy code, no standard of code. These folks seem to satisfying their ego by putting too much pressure on employees especially Bengalore management. 3. No proper coding standards. No Junits. The code is of full mess. Pretty old technology for version controls and the other stuff. 4. Nothing good that I found with the technology here. If u learn the ways of coding standards that practice here you can go nowhere. 5. No Cons for you if you are from good background and smart enough to know the things, otherwise you would find it pretty amusing thinking you are working with some world class engineers.
