1. Flexible working hours (But sometimes it can be a con too.) 2. Free Lunch & Dinner 3. Coursera - helps u to acquire new skills for free.

Cons

1. If the project scope is less or already matured, very less scope for learning. 2. Working hours are not discrete, it often stretches to 10-11 hrs. (Especially in WFH) 3. Compensation depends on the Manager & budget of the project. 4. Sometimes Leads direct you to do the task as they have it in their mind. You don't get time to explore on your own and learn. 5. Less team inclusion in the product management or higher-level discussions.

Informatica is built on top of a culture of openness and honesty, & that's been incredibly refreshing. All employees from the C-level to Individual Contributors are always willing to help & give more than 100% each time. It's the era of Multipliers, & Informatica embodies that perfectly.

Cons

There are so many exciting projects to work on that it's sometimes hard to prioritize one.

I wanted to love working at INFA. Initially it was all good. Good team spirit, great training, but then there was quickly a lack of guidance, lots of tribalism and information was hard to come by. I came from a different world, having worked for one of the largest IT companies on the planet, I was used to a vast back-office infrastructure for product knowledge and support. The picture at Informatica was very fuzzy and almost had a home-made, garage-based feeling. Informatica is a dinosaur trying to act like a start-up.
