Sales objectives met, but there is little money for raises regardless of performance come annual review time. While the culture is great, the compensation doesn't match the ever increasing workload. Management has no vision, things are not planned well. They do not have a vision about their product and do not know it will work or not. Looks like management is trying to balance the expenses by laying off the people without much growth in business. First they force people to work day and night and prepond deliverables and fire them.
