      I've been with the company for 4 years, and I've watched it transition from one of the best to one to avoid. Previously, the work culture and work-life balance were good.

      Cons

      There have been numerous mass layoffs in the past year. Bonuses have been put on hold without any prior notice. Key resources were laid off, increasing pressure on the remaining staff. No vision
