Pros

Company policy and Benifits were nice

Cons

I was deployed in a team called PAM, where my primary responsibility was to deliver testing of existing products using the already developed automation code. However, the experience in this team was far from productive. The PAM team manager lacked both technical knowledge and leadership skills, yet held his position due to favoritism from the Director. Both of them have been with the company for a long time, but instead of contributing effectively, they engage mostly in politics and regional favoritism. From my perspective, there is little to no real need for this team within the company. Its existence only adds unnecessary overhead, with people drawing salaries without delivering corresponding value. A restructuring or re-evaluation of the team’s purpose and effectiveness is urgently needed.

Awful Sales Culture

Pros

Still a lot of good people but too many jerks, especially in sales leadership

Cons

Sales culture has become nasty and micromanaged under the current CRO's leadership. It felt like pressure from the board was driven down through the organization with increasingly poor results. Many good, experienced AEs have been running for the exits. Sales leaders regularly shift accounts around to give those with the best potential to their favorite AEs whom they hold up as gold standards while castigating the performance of those who struggle with weaker accounts. Unfortunately for INFA, the market has shifted towards other solutions and disappointing growth in sales and stock value led the board and major investors to cut-and-run by agreeing to sell to SFDC for roughly what they invested when they took the company private.

Going downhill

Pros

Good Comp structure for those who overperform.

Cons

More concerned with stock price than actually improving company product, training or the setup. Look at their job openings, a lot more openings than there used to be.
