Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts about Informatica. It is true that there has been a lot of change over the past few months. But our dedication to our customers, innovation, and growing the Company has never changed. Our recent employee satisfaction survey showed that employees want more clarity and direction about their career development, and - as our CEO discussed in his video on Life@ the other day - senior leadership is working to address these issues. They plan to update us at the next All-Hands meeting in July. Stay tuned 'til then. We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback.

We're sorry you had a poor experience at Informatica. One could hardly characterize our management as "weak" when we have performed well financially and delivered innovative products that lead our industry. Those achievements are some of the many reasons why our R&D team held its All-Hands meeting in Pattaya, Thailand, and our Global Customer Success team held theirs in Rome. At our most recent All-Hands meeting this month, our new Chief Human Resources Officer, Maureen Brennan, announced a renewed emphasis on goal-setting and accountability and we are in the midst of implementing that program. Informatica requires all managers to take hours of training in the skills and art of management, and our employees rate Senior Management at Informatica higher than most employers on Glassdoor (as well as rating the Company overall 4 out of 5 stars). To say that HR does not care about employees is simply untrue. We have a number of programs to ensure employee satisfaction and are about to launch a Company-wide survey to evaluate it. Informatica has been rated a "Best Place to Work" in the SF Bay Area, Ireland, India, and elsewhere. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
