      Strong Strategy & Direction

      Pros

      The company has navigated a complex transformation and is emerging much stronger as a result. The Channel has an incredibly strong direction and is very well placed to leverage the Partner ecosystem for growth. It is a huge 'pro' that the company has the determination, confidence, talent and the tenacity to go through a transformation. It's even more rewarding to see it paying off. I am also very excited to see the calibre of talent the company has and continues to attract - incredibly driven, smart people signing up to play their part in our future.

      Cons

      Despite the change and evidence of success - there are a few passive aggressive commentators in the company (like every other company) who need to find a new path in life. It is not a place to be for the feint of heart or people who want to sit on the bench and be critical observers of change. Be agents FOR change, & play your part - or move on.

      Pros

      - Great group of employees at the lower/first tier management level - Strong base of customers - Positioned to take advantage of the data world

      Cons

      - Privatization caused almost the entire C-level suite to leave - Right now company is trying to figure out exactly what direction to go - A lot of attrition of great people to competitors

      Pros

      You get unlimited PTO (with stipulations). You do work with some very smart people in other departments. If you want to learn a lot about sales and are just starting your career this can be a good place.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be much direction on the team. Team morale fluctuates a lot and at times is very poor. There was a career path but after the inside sales team was let go it's become tough to move up. The BDM team falls under the marketing department which seems weird since most want to go into sales. The team needs more senior leadership in Austin.
