      Pros

      My immediate manager was great. I was underpaid, and she recognized it. Worked hard to give me raises and bonuses. They also took us all to Puerto Rico and Thailand.

      Cons

      It went private and the culture drastically changed. The company got really cheap. People who loved the company and were there for a long time started to leave because only certain people were given incentives to stay after the move to go private.

      Not what it used to be.

      Pros

      Still the best in the overall data integration market. Good data platforms around ETL, DQ, MDM, etc.

      Cons

      Tech: Not so good at cloud integration which is where everything is moving. Business: The main problem is that the overall strategy here is to cut costs in order to do another IPO to get a payout for the current owners. Because of this there has been little to no innovation in their products as well as a massive outflow of talent and tribal knowledge. At this point they are still the best mostly by default, size, and sheer momentum.

      Good Company, bad management - not a very clear mission

      Your peers are nice, focused people who work hard and deliver results

      Cons

      Management is slimy, deceiving and bad stabbing Management doesn't drill into detail Not metrics oriented, manage by hearsay
