Years of my life wasted that I can't get back. Departments change annually and for the worst for sales enablement.

Pros

Good food.Yoga, Gym and Bus facility is available.

Cons

1.No Roadmap 2.Worst Management especially in R&D 3. Most of the time managers can threaten you or easily put you in PIP(performance improvement plan). 4.Employee termination is on the rise especially in R&D. 5.Hike percentage is very low.

Pros

Good business outlook for the company. There is a lot of speculation and hopes for an IPO soon, assuming we actually get something out of it.

Cons

No stock options or RSUs... yes you read that right. A Bay Area tech company with no stock incentive for employees. Total Comp is pitiful compared to companies in the area... your peers at other tech companies are making 50%+ higher salaries than you on the basis of stock grants alone. Everyone's holding out hope that management will do right by us during an IPO.... if not there will be a big race to the door.
