      Good health and dental benefits. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Inexperienced Business Development management team leadership promotes poor working environment and low team morale. No formal training-figure it out yourself. No incentive to excel and exceed earnings targets. High turn over.

      Going down rapidly

      Pros

      Great people who really know the solution inside out - applicable for the long time employees. Once a great company with great culture.

      Cons

      Unfortunately many of the good people have left and the company continues to lay off top talents under the excuse of redundancy. The leaders do not act according to what they say (said no more lay offs - then a massive reorg again)

      Nice friends and feel more like a family.

      Engineering leaders not sure how to drive innovation . Innovate to meet EBITDA , our products cant get the revenue what you need. Cutting edge technology is not heard of at informatica HR is totally clueless and come across ingenuine . Please stop faking and do 1 on 1 to identify people issues. we will not open up if you do team meetings alone. our maangers are good and dont try to ask such immature questions in so called HR meetings (funny you guys sound) NO bonus paid 100% for past 2 years. Not sure if anyone has any target to pay 100% bonus in next 2 years

We are sorry that you feel so about the HR meetings and I am concerned about your comments. Let me explain the idea of the HR meetings. Our goal is to have an open chat and address common concerns that exist as a team. We are also conducting 1:1 meetings, as not everyone would open up given the team set up and those 1:1 sessions are in progress. We have covered more than 50% of the population through 1:1's alone. These meetings are detailed and take time. Apparently, your turn hasn't yet come so look out for it so that you may share your thoughts in greater detail. Please feel free to drop by my office if you would like to have an open chat beforehand; we are always prepared to hear your concerns, or those of any Informatica employee, in detail.
