      Work-life balance at its best. Wonderful new challenging work to learn and do. Nice team members, always available. Zero tolerance for "Harassment at work". Many team-bonding trips and activities, many more.

      Tread carefully unless office politics is your mantra in India

      - Good Product - Relaxed company, work pressure isnt high - Pay is very decent

      Cons

      - Toxic, insecure and hostile environment, especially R&D HR, senior leadership, L&D, etc in India. What is spoken in confidence, about issues with managers gets relayed to the same individuals and triggers a witchhunt (Lesser said the better about the regional bias of the R&D HR+India MD+Some of the old time Senior Leaders cartel, One should seriously think of taking up online courses to understand the common regional language they speak) - Parochial mindset of the senior leaders including the MD (old and new), very good however at framing and setting up people for failure. Very adept at brushing complaints under the carpet, even serious ones, while putting up a facade of investigating the same - Guardians of policies (HR and India management) poking fun of the very policies they are to uphold (shockingly this included the harassment policies too) - Everyone goes about politicking with impunity. People in a group other than mine say that this is worse for them as their big boss based out of the US is also part of the same 'regional brotherhood' spoken of in the first point
