      No innovation and no technological challenge

      Pros

      Very little politics No long hours, so the work/life balance could've been great, but location is killing it - takes too long to get there.

      Cons

      Most of the development is in India and US, Israel site mostly supports legacy products. Benefits were cut upon acquisition in 2015.

      An overall amazing experience

      Pros

      I truly love working for this company. OI feel that I am able to grow here with Informatica and I wish to continue my career with the folks here. My manager is by far one of the most amazing people I have ever worked for. I am allowed a flexible schedule and am trusted that I will get my job done. I feel as a professional my judgement and work ethic is trusted through continual delivery of my work.

      Cons

      When management went from Public to Private I feel a lot of good people were lost or let go and the drive to become a public company again seems like the driving force. It felt like a company who cared to a company who wants to make profits and sometimes it make s out futures as employees a little more unstable.

      Best place to Work. INFA team rocks!

      Pros

      The company have very good people to work with which itself is an asset. Its an employee friendly organisation with good work life balance. It rarely happens that even after completing few years in the organisation you still want to continue.

      Cons

      We can still look at minimizing the changes in management frequently and focus on the appraisal system can make it the best employer.
