Good place to learn but work pressure can be crumbling

Cutting Edge Technology Open environment(less importance given to hierarchy, more to capability) People are willing to listen to new ideas

Cons

On hard-deadline for everything A lot of Context Switching is expected Boat load of responsibilities without promotion Office politics can be there Micro-management of employees even after context switching on 3-4 things at a given time.
