      No positives. I wish I could think of one

      Cons

      They start by saying ask questions and no question about learning their system is "stupid". When you ask questions later on they ignore you, response to you like you're worthless and less than human. They don't show their true characteristics when you first join the team, you'll be deceived to think they are nice.

      The company is a consolidation of previous company mergers, hence most of the employees who are still with the company are mid-management company bureaucrats who have been around for over 15 years. They often hold important roles and sit around doing nothing except play politics with little regards to professionalism nor integrity. The company hires a lot of retirees from other ERP vendors to take on senior management positions. These retirees bring obsolete methods and mentality to the company which further hinders the company growth and transformation. Young and talented people typically leave after less than 2 years.

      Cons

      Upper Management absolutely does not listen to their PMs suggestions, concerns for workload, training, customer concerns and many other issues.
