Pros
Great people who actually do the work in all departments, with so many ideas for change and progression.
Cons
Top down leadership style which is a decrement to the organization. People get let go continuously, if they aren't meeting the unrealistic goals and strategy which are set by management. Everyone works in silo for a global organization and the overall goals are not met because of the egos of the leadership team, who do not listen to what has worked before or the experts in their products or areas.
