Pros

Dental & Healthcare, some good colleagues in certain areas of the business

Cons

- Redundancies made without forethought, constantly felt like I lacked job security. - Internal politics, US Centric and bad attitudes amongst employees, not a collaborative or supportive environment, I've never worked somewhere where I've constantly been spoken down until I joined Infor - Koch management method you cannot question, it's like a bizarre cult - Products are awful, customers aren't happy and internal Infor software is shocking, I have no idea how the company is still going

Pros

Interesting work, great experience, large company. Infor is a collection of smaller technology companies. If you work with good people and don't let the various management re-orgs and initiatives get you down, it is great fun. I love my job and the feeling of delivering real value to customers is awesome.

Cons

Upper management is completely disconnected from the workers on the ground (other than maybe sales), and is forever engaged in re-organizing, re-structuring, rolling out this program or that, all about improving the bottom line, and the window-dressing of the company.

Pros

- Base pay is good. Allowances and salary increase are higher than average. - Flexible working arrangement, they easily allow permanent work from home arrangement (even before the pandemic) without too many processes or approvals involved. - Work-Life balance is good. - Lots of free time. Access to uDemy is free, so you would have a lot of time to train by yourself. You could also have a lot of time to do your personal stuff. - Managers/Supervisors are very technical, so you can always learn from them if you'd ask for help.

Cons

- Little to no facilitated/classroom trainings. Trainings would be self-study. - If your goal is to broaden your experience/skills, there would be not much opportunities to apply the learnings.
