      Pros

      Operates as a division of Koch Industries.

      Cons

      Executive Team has no vision. None of the Business Unit Leaders ever make their numbers but they keep their jobs, get promoted and get raises. They beat on Sales Reps and others when it's leadership that's the problem. Way too much bureaucracy. Management team is the weakest I've ever seen.

      Pros

      In certain sectors Infor has great ambition. Strong brand recognition. Market resilience due to the product scope. Plenty of opportunities within your role if aligned to the right leader.

      Cons

      Leadership is constantly changing direction. Incredible silos and subsequent turf wars. If not class favorite you're constantly exposed. Massive waste of talent when they make shifts in their business which is frequent. Short memories... long on expectations. They need to change leaders that take a long view in the business.
