      Pros

      Good if you don’t like interacting with people and just want to collect a check

      Cons

      There is too much work given and no one complains because most people here are workaholics. Managers and Co-workers work in an Avoidant Leadership style and are severely lacking in communication and people skills. Work is extremely manual, and management is always looking to put more work on you. Managers and Co-workers often work long hours so there is no work life balance. PTO is unlimited but it is at the discretion of your manager who can limit you. There is no career progression and many people there have been sitting in the same position for 10+ years. It is unfortunate for those that have stayed at Infor for so long don’t know how great other companies operate.

      Pros

      There are great individuals who work at Infor and the management teams are always available to help whenever you have questions. Most teams have incentives to work towards, which you can earn bonuses. Unlimited time off and company equipment is provided.

      Cons

      Very weak job security. In the two years that I worked with them, I was laid off both times very abruptly. The first time was handled professionally, as I was given the opportunity to look for another role within the company. The second time, I was not given that opportunity. My meeting was scheduled at 10PM the night before and I was laid off the next day along with other team members. The other teams couldn't care less about helping you get your job done. Especially, the AEs. When it comes to trying to get information from them, plan on waiting close to a month or two for a response.

      Another America centric organization where everything is only thought from USA perspective and the model is forced downwards without any thought process of markets being different outside USA. There should be a provision to allow localization of processes and structure depending on business demand.
