      Good environment with work life balance but does not offer to grow in the company

      Pros

      Has a very good worklife balance. There are some late night calls(7-9 pm). But quite manageable You will have enough space and time to learn and approach things at your own speed. Has very vast product you can find the problems that excite you and work on them

      Cons

      Your contributions wont get recognised that well. It usually takes more than 2 years to even get a decent pay rise even when you have outstanding performance reviews. There can be favouritism with in team and higher management rarely interacts.

      Great team; work for home; lots of independence; love working with people all over the world.

      Cons

      Marketing has been through many changes over the last few years. It has been a revolving door of employees. Not a lot of empathy or compassion for employees
