      Good starting pay - high impact roles if you are good enough to contribute

      Cons

      you will not get raises or promotions from management unless you threaten to quit and nobody will not recognize the work you do or compensate you for it. The longer you stay at Infor the more you become just a cost to them to profit to extract the maximum amount of profits

      Pros

      work-life balance in our team. hybrid work setup, still depends on your manager. manageable workload. I love the wellness leave. VL and SLs. I'm glad I signed up for their retirement plan.

      Cons

      no improvement on compensation and benefits. conducts surveys but when you give honest feedback, they'll find a way to find you and get back on you. They do, they look up the department and drill down to the team. Some managers/directors will mark you not-for-rehire when you leave them despite proper handover.
