      Pros

      They pay you well in the Consulting area. There are lots of different customers in different industries doing different things, so you wont be bored.

      Cons

      You EARN every penny. You will work long hours. You'll work weekends and nights. You wont get much support on issues and will be expected to deal with everything yourself. The issues you'll encounter will not originate with the customer, but will rather be the result of internal Infor decisions (product focus, integration solution delays, and misinformed sales reps). Past success is quickly forgotten, and everything is measured quarter to quarter... be ready to log billable hours.

      Work/life balance is not even a problem, you have plenty of free time. This is like a government job which keeps you hired

      Cons

      Pay is abysmal. No raise and you are stuck in the same pay forever

      Pros

      The initial compensation package was generous. They offered me an initial four weeks of PTO, which is not something you often see.

      Cons

      Right after I started, they took away stock options, then the employer's matching to the 401k, then they froze salaries across the board for years, but pointed out that they had not laid anyone off like our competitor. The management was terrible. They did nothing to try to incent their employees to stay or to improve morale.
