Pros

Remote work is a possibility which could be nice during holiday time. Some management truly do care about building the employee and employee needs.

Cons

Not enough useful training to deploy software effectively. People assigned to projects do not normally make sense geographically. Consultant from NY is slotted to a project on west coast, consultant from west coast slotted for a project on East coast. Both in same functional areas. Travel time is not billable or considered for the billable utilization bonus. If you add all the hours given to project versus compensation, hourly rate is dismal.

Pros

- ability to work from home/ flexible hours - A lot of PTO - decent benefits - Flavia coffee machine - work/life balance - 401K

Cons

- Pay is horribly low compared to similar companies - They change the time they give annual raises. One year it may be in Jan, the next year it may be fiscal year end...basically giving them 5 extra months without giving an increase - increase percentages aren't much - moving jobs overseas (India) - they try to hire recent college grads (b/c they can pay them less)...isn't that age discrimination? - People are promoted based on the time they've been there vs the amount of good work they do
