Pros

Work flexibility (allows working from home) and the company's willingness to invest in products and people. Global company with smart people who work hard. Good Executive team that wants to disrupt the enterprise software market.

Cons

There are certain industries and products which can be the focal point for getting all of the attention and investment. If your product is not one of those, it is easy to miss out.

Pros

Small circles of dedicated folks around each product, enveloped by little larger circle of great acquisition company teams, with a great but modest corporate team. Good money if you are one of the chosen.

Cons

The above circles comprise less and less each month\year with only kids and cling-ons left. WWII spy cell mentality from mushroom managers at all levels within all functional areas. Kill or die, caustic sales environment.

Great product development especially for the installed customer base. Great colleagues

Cons

No career development and top performers are not being recognized. Very poor local management who only seems to care about their own commission and not the staff. Hopefully it's different in other regions.
