Pros

When I started we had DTO (so pending manager approval you could take time off as required/needed which was great)...then they switched to 'hourly employees' so it went back to the typical time accrual / 13 days per year PTO. There are many departments given the size of the company, so if you're looking to navigate various departments within the same company, I can imagine it's fairly easy to do. There is a great work-life balance as you'll typically work 8 hour days and only Monday-Friday, so it's pretty nice to have a personal life outside of working hours.

Cons

There is absolutely zero personal growth opportunities. There are occasionally promotions from Business Development into Inside Sales...but then get ready to stay in Inside Sales for a long time--regardless if you perform well or poorly. Management is too complacent to help you in continuing your career growth and only looks at you as another number. The office 'culture' is nonexistent. For what should be a sales floor is more like a library. Managers don't talk to their reps and no one appears to show appreciation for efforts. There are 0 office perks (apart from coffee). Those in management seem to only be there because they've managed to stay at the company for a certain amount of time--there is nothing to do with performance. There is also an apparent lack of care or concern for their teams...there are seldom any office/team happy hours and team-building activities. The base is low and commission % is also low.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review – as a business we’re always invested in the growth of our employees. Our Careers & Training newsletter is a great resource to look for the newest opportunities within the company, and with our recent acquisition by Koch, even more opportunities for Infor employees are soon to come. We’ve also given employees eight work hours a year to dedicate to various community engagement initiatives, which are great opportunities to connect with your colleagues in and out of the office. These are just some of the professional and personal growth opportunities we have, but thank you again for providing us with your thoughts.

Pros

Remote work, great work/life balance

Cons

Constant management changes, kept in the dark, old school mentality where men think what they say goes and act and treated as superior. Do not work here if you're looking for a good culture and a progressive company. Even the software is VERY questionable.
