      Pros

      Good pay and decent benefits, remote office

      Cons

      Work/Life balance did not exist. The organization restructured three times in the two years I was there. Managers had their favorites and protected them when jobs were cut, until they were cut too. Some people in director level roles should not be managers.

      The co-worked were the only thing good about working here.

      Cons

      They have their POSTER “black” people they promote otherwise they are some racists. They have incompetent managers, not one team call or one on one meeting. When you speak your mind they get rid of you. Watch your back & don’t trust anyone.
