Pros

Company is open to non-czech speakers, international environment. Above average salary. Location of the office near centre of town. Home office posible from time to time. No dress code required. For some positions laptop and cell phone for work purposes. Young teams.

Cons

Very limited posibility of promotion. After aprox.5 years you can become an senior. In some departments earlier, aprox. after two years. Different treatment of German native speakers and non natives from the management. You get the feeling of being a second class human. Targets sometimes reachable, sometimes not. Late payments of variable part of salary. You need to argue with the managers even some months later after the payment run to get you variable part which you deserved. Poor training. Most of the things you have to find out yourself in the end.

Pros

Working from home and unlimited PTO

Cons

Marketing team is riddled with mismanagement and incompetence, where the incessant turnover creates a disruptive cycle, impeding any meaningful progress for teams. The unsettling reality of laying off highly qualified individuals in favor of incompetent acquaintances underscores the political game at play, leaving little room for genuine productivity. Amidst leadership instability, frequent layoffs, and toxic middle management, the pervasive atmosphere of incompetence stifles any hope for cohesive and impactful work, leaving teams struggling to even meet the bare minimum. Pros

The company has good policies about time off, and career opportunities, but most if not all managers do not support this. Most pay at the start is good, however it is nearly impossible to get a raise or promotion.

Cons

This company is extremely disorganized and does not stick by the values they claim they hold. There is very little communication around change (which happens constantly), and it is very apparent the executive leadership is extremely out of touch with what is actually happening within the company. Supervisors do a terrible job of connecting with employees, helping them grow, and find what is meaningful to them. The messaging and vision of this company is inconsistent with what is observed as an employee of almost 2 years.
